Returns

• Due to the nature of fashion and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns unless:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear images or videos of the product along with your order number.

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–15 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Items reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Items purchased during a sale
  • Items priced below ₹100
  • Items that have been used, worn, or tampered with.
